The service is awful, the employees don't seem to care, there isn't enough sitting and appointments are just suggested times. People spend most of the time waiting on a line on the hallway. They are the only business on this property that do not validate your parking passes making you pay for it. Go somewhere else.
After several terrible experiences, we finally decided to walk away from this lab. The service is horrible, delays happen for no reason, and the staff is slow and unfriendly. Would not recommend this place at all.
Understaffed. Appointments are not on time. Booked it weeks ago.
Staff does not know how to take urine sample of infant, ask me to follow instructions, while there were no instructions on the sticker, as a professional I understand they should be knowing it As a layman I was sent home without any instruction and expected to give them sample.
