Honestly, won’t be back. Line was long. I arrived before the place even opened and I was in the cue for an hour. Not only that but when I went to the counter with my documents, one of the staff started laughing and discussing it rather loudly to the other staff because they didn’t know what to do with the lab requisition. The other staff had to tell them to quiet down, but it was too late and everyone in the room knew of my possible condition. Very nice and quick staff but please try to add at least 1 or 2 more pods. There's always 10 people lined up even an hour before opening and the staff are trying to get through as many as they can

Women checking people in is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you don’t like your job look somewhere else. People have schedules and appointments. If you are open to 1pm you should be expect that people will come until 1pm, if you are not accepting patients past a certain time maybe advertise that. No need to be disgustingly unprofessional because you have to stay later. After all you do get paid by the hour!
