Got my blood test done today The black lady was so nice and took her time to calm me down because of my fear for needles.
Fast courteous service by friendly professionals
Everyone was nice except for the black lady at the reception. She was rude and unprofessional. Literally told me to shush when I was giving her my papers and forgot to verify if I fasted that morning for the blood test. Totally rude and incompetent.
