Not friendly and slow process. Gave rude answers to the elders too.
The staff were all very personable and time efficient.
Absolutely pathetic service. The staff here are downright unfriendly, arrogant, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I had an appointment and still ended up waiting over an hour with walk-ins. When it was finally my turn, I was told to go back to the start of the line just because my slot was “a bit later” — even after waiting all that time! Then why even bother offering appointments if they mean nothing? The attitude of the staff was disgusting. No empathy, no professionalism. Never stepping foot in this location again... read more
Total chaos. They open the doors 5 minutes late to an already full line of people waiting and then let people just come in and cut the line. I had an appointment and was 6th in line at 8 am It took me 40 minutes to get in. There is no compassion or organization just utter chaos! They need to do better.
