The wait times listed on the websites for walk-in time are grossly inaccurate. This location leaves patients standing in line, I just waited over half an hour before leaving, making wait times appear short online, when in reality they have insane lines waiting for check-in and service. The line was so long that it was wrapping into a cubicle that staff are actively using to draw blood from other patients. Although they were busy the intake was quick and staff very pleasant. The person who took my blood sample Leona was very pleasant and efficient.
Worst lab i had ever visit, they took too long to gave results, poor service, i dropped my sample on 22/11, still waiting for results… lifelabs should checkin with this lab and take serious step against them they are downing the image of life labs..
Aweful. Slow and poorly staffed. No organization system at all causing huge lines.
