Horrible experience. Booking an appointment? Be prepared to wait 1 hour minimum before even being acknowledged. When do you get acknowledged they are extremely rude and act as if they have the worst job in the world for no pay. This was truly a disgusting experience I hope you never have to come here and waste your time and throw away your wellbeing.
What's the point of booking appointments when you still wait over 30 minutes
Please keep in mind that wait times are quite longer for people who don’t have an appointment. I reached here around 9.20 AM. There was a line outside the lab. I got signed up around 11.20 AM. Then, I was told to go into clinic room around 11.45 and doctor came after another 10 minutes. Its a busy location. Either book an appointment or be ready to wait. Staff is polite.
Lifelabs is useless. Can never book an appt their site never works. Nothing but problems.
