It was very peaceful and easy. Lots of people to process but line move pretty quickly.
Very Long waiting time to be checked on none organized.. staff are not friendly . Too slow I don’t suggest this location for older people who can Stand for a long time never again
Very minimal wait with an appointment. Staff makes sure to register people with appts so they don't have to wait in the long walk in line. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Technician was efficient. They are all doing their best given the high demands placed on them daily.
What an absolute JOKE this facility is! I don't even know where to begin, piss poor staff complaining "is it time to go home" while no one is helping patients at the front desk anyways, then to find out not 1, not 2 but 3 people were in line waiting for appointments, my pregnant wife being one of them (trying to hold her bladder) while their appointment times are passing by they're delaying by not collecting some man's stool sample who had clearly done what he needed to do so why the staff can't to their jobs is beyond me...... read more
The process of getting anything done is painful. I watched for 2 hours straight and think someone needs to be at intake 100 percent of the time and someone needs to inputting charts 100 percent of the time and the lab technicians need to be take samples 100 percent of the time. It is not organized to intake patients efficiently. No way should you be here for 2 hour wait to take blood .. Wow what a complete joke. Reminds me of anything to do with a government job.
