If I could give minus 10999888900 and 1 stars I would. I can’t begin to express my anger. This whole process started in JUNE. My specialist had me take a 24 test. I brought it in, the line to drop off samples was out the door, wrapped around the block. Get to the front and they struggled to accept my sample (which I drove an hour to deliver since I moved and the only location that was open was Cambridge. This location is not running well. Only 1 person on duty registering patients. I waited in line for 1 hr and still had at least another 30 mins to wait to just register. Then I heard it was a 3 hr wait. Really poorly managed.
