One of the staff was not professional because a healthcare worker's poor technique and lack of professionalism. During my visit, she attempted a needle insertion without using an elastic band to secure the vein first. This caused severe pain and resulted in a failed attempt. Rather than acknowledging the issue or adjusting her approach professionally, she simply asked to try my other arm as if nothing went wrong.
