The receptionist was the worst! I tried to look at her name tag but she didn’t have one, she’s asian, or from the Philippines. She was extremely rude, but was happy to take my money for one of my tests. Then she calls my name room 3. I proceed to that room, then another patient comes in my room and says that they called her for that room too. Rude and incompetent staff. Stay away!
had been planning to do my blood test for a few weeks. There is a LifeLabs location close to where I live, but I waited until Saturday so I could come to this location and have my blood test done only by Naghmeh or Mehdi. The last time I had a not-so-good experience with someone else, but both Mehdi and Naghmeh did my blood test very easily and professionally. I ad book an appointment and they were right on time. The wonderful lady that took my blood work was super nice and very professional. I let her know how scare I was and she made me feel very comfortable, I didn’t felt anything that’s how excellent she is at what she does.
