I had very important bloodwork done and my job depended on it. I waited almost 2 weeks to find out from public health that they have no record of it and Life Labs must have lost it. I’m disgusted and I will never return.
Got right in as I had made an appointment . Sunita was terrific.
Nurse barely civil but seemed competent.
Terrible place. The patient before me was bleeding all over the place. The bleeding was not stopping but the staff kept telling him that he was fine and he should leave. There was blood on the floor and in the washroom, the staff did not clean the floor until someone complained. Don't they have a procedure about how to deal with damaging the patient's veins?
Their staff was so rude
