Do not trust the online wait times and be prepared to wait a very long time for a walkin appt or make an online appt! I checked several times before leaving my house and in the parking lot and the online wait time said less than a 10 minute wait. When I arrived and was checking in I confirmed that the wait time is still only around 10 mins, and I was rudely told "Look around, does it look like that wait time is only 10 mins?".
