Awfully long wait times. Used to be better before. I was there a week ago as a walk in, waited for 30 min and the line didnt move for even one person, so I left. Came back today as a walk-in again and has been waiting for 1h45min in a line just to hand out my requisition form. Still waiting for actual blood draw. They are not at capacity to take walk ins with the staffing they have, and appointments are prioritized. Don't trust the estimated wait time shown online or on the screen in the lab. The SLOWEST lifelabs i have ever been to. No one working there has any type of care for peoples time.
I had a great experience at LifeLabs. I especially want to thank Raisa for her kindness and professionalism. She was very gentle and skilled when taking my blood—I honestly didn’t feel anything!
Every time I visit this location Tess is always taking my blood test . I have very tiny vines but Tess is so amazing and talented she does it very well and she is also a sweet and caring person. Thank you Tess for being so helpful and caring 🙏
