The lady who took my blood was phenomenal. I've never had blood taken where I didn't feel a thing. She was wonderful. I was a walk in on a Saturday morning and I waited about 30 seconds to get in, everything was so fast and easy. Blood work and ECG in less than 15 mins
The nurse Lia called me a racist in my face simply because I told her that we are in Canada and I believe we must speak English if we are here. I am a community builder I have tons of people in my life including my mother that does not speak English and I don’t say that to anybody I said because she put me in the situation where I had to explain why I prefer speaking in the language of the country we live in. Great experience from start to finish. Welcoming staff and the fabulous Tech Cassandra, took my blood quickly and painlessly (which is certainly not the case most times I’ve had blood drawn). Overall everything was effortless and comfortable. Thank you
