I booked an appointment like a responsible adult and still had to wait. I guess the location has alot of foot traffic so it gets packed up with alot of walk in requests.
Really happy getting bloodwork at this clinic. I've been to a few lifelabs in Durham and this is the best. Efficient, fast, friendly staff. Seriously impressed by the low wait times, even on a Saturday!
nurses are super kind and caring, and amazing at what they do.
Extremely kind staff . I took my glucose test at this location and their services were quick and efficient . Two of the nurses checked up on me while I had to wait an hour to do my blood test as per the glucose test procedures. Once the hour was up, they took me in right away and were nothing but caring towards me. They gave me updates on how much time I had left and checked up on me to see if I was okay. Having updates throughout the process helped ease the waiting process for me . I will definitely return to this location ... read more
