I went in at 8 AM and the wait time was perfectly reasonable. Anusha help to check me in, and was the clinician doing the blood draw as well. She was very, very sweet, and clearly knew what she was doing. She also seemed to be training a reception staff as well, so being in the middle of multitasking while being so pleasant was great to see. Great experience overall.
The people that work here are always efficient, courteous and gentle. I won't go anywhere else
Verry disappointed with blood test .. Too many punctured with my hand Zero rating
It seems like the staff are really burnt out and their technology seems to be down quite frequently. This is not my first time here. I empathize with the staff. At an already incredibly busy lab where they are also training students, the last thing you need is for your email or fax machine to be down. I left without getting my bloodwork done today.
