The lady working the counter was incredibly rude to a couple of her coworkers, she was also very rude and loud with the clients, it was actually alarming that this person was aloud to treat people so poorly.. Thankfully the lady that took my blood was wonderful
The wait times at LifeLabs have become incredibly long, and it’s clear they’re dealing with staff shortages. There were only a couple of people working, and the line just kept growing. It’s frustrating when you have an appointment but still end up waiting a long time. They really need to improve staffing and scheduling to handle patient volume more efficiently.

Everyone worked well together as a team to assist patients efficiently.
The staff were friendly, professional and very efficient!! Also, the parking is free and there's a decent amount of parking available.
