The "estimated wait time" is a complete lie. Said 19 minutes for walk in, but I waited 2 hours. The counter staff needs a lesson in customer service. I get that it's busy, but you can still be nice to people.

We, my husband and myself dud not have an appointment, therefore were prepared to wait. What I was not prepared for was to have to wait while others who arrived after us, also walk-ins, to be called in front of us. In addition while waiting my husband's name appeared on the screen shows next in line, however my name did not. I sat for a few minutes, while others were called while we still sat waiting. I had a great experience at the location. Even without an appointment, I arrived at 6:30 AM as the fourth person in line, and the doors opened promptly at 7:00 AM. My first blood draw was at 7:15, and over the next two hours, I had my blood drawn four times, once every 30 minutes. The lab was incredibly efficient—I saw many people come and go quickly while I waited. I interacted with four different staff members, and all of them were pleasant and friendly. Now I know why I should never go to life labbon King st Oshawa. Rude east Indian woman,you guys say you won't tolerate rude behavior etc, maybe you should teach your staff not all just some of them how to have customer service skills when dealing with a human being. I went back into life lab after being told very nicely by another staff regarding the date and it's past 6 months. I had booked my appointment for 10.30 and I arrived at 10.15 handed in my healthcard and letter.i was seated waiting for 10.30 to be called as I waited someone who was a walk in got called and 10 .32 came so I went back to the receptionist and told him that my appointment was 10.30 and he said that they were now entering it into the sistem.i went back to sit only to hear the woman that was putting the names in say that having an appointment means nothing we still have to wait.
