Very crowded
I had a really great experience thanks to Hiral! I have difficult, small, rolling veins and yet she still made the process painless and was able to get all the blood needed in just one poke. I really recommend this location, Hiral was wonderful!
Very disappointing experience. I was asked to email my requisition and wait for a code. I sent it multiple times but never received the code. I repeatedly asked for help while managing my sick, cranky toddler, but was only told to keep waiting. Another white lady came in with the same issue, and the staff became busy helping her while I was left waiting. I eventually had to leave without getting my blood work done. I expected much better customer service and compassion.
