I’ve been to this location before and had very positive experiences. This past time I went was a different story… I immediately noticed how busy they were and unorganized. There were urine samples out on counters that were open to the public’s eye, they were extremely snippy with the patients and rude. I recently visited for my 2-hour gestational diabetes test, which required three blood draws. Two of the blood samples were taken by one technician Lisa and went smoothly. However, the third blood draw was done by a different technician and was a very unpleasant experience. The technician attempted to draw blood twice unnecessarily, and the process was extremely painful.
