Frustrating experience ever, just wasting time in the queue to be served by only one lazy employee at front desk.
Due to my work schedule, I’m unable to book an appointment in advance because I can’t be sure if I’ll make it on time. That’s why I didn’t schedule one with the lab. However, I don’t believe that justifies making me — along with three others in a similar situation — wait in line for 25 minutes without being acknowledged.
