Well-organized office, efficient and professional. I booked my appointment online the day before and was seen promptly.
I had made an appointment and it was relatively on time
I had blood work done today. I was seen at the scheduled appointment time. Raquel drew my blood samples quickly and efficiently. I normally get jabbed numerous times before they can find a vein. A welcome change.
They physically mailed the reports to the doctor. Who does that in today's times? They also made us wait even when we had booked an appointment. The results were physically couriered to our doctor. Hence they were not available online. Besides, the online portal mentioned that the reports had been withheld for some reason and asked us to contact the doctor who had prescribed the blood tests.
