Incompetence is the name of the game here now. I used to come here all the time when I was expecting my daughter and they were great. But now I'm not sure they know what they are doing. A walk in was well over an hour. And the people that had appointments also had to wait that long. Why this lab does not have a receptionist and two techs on at a time I will never understand. They have no sense of urgency either. If I was that slow at my job I would be fired.
The wait times are ridiculously long even if you get an appointment - I waited over 45 minutes. Would strongly recommend other locations over this one as they seem to be severely understaffed and poorly managed.
In and out in under 10 mins. Had an appointment—quick, no hassle, everything went smooth.
Not only is the facility small, cramped and dinky - they lost my bloodwork and so it was never sent to Mount Sinai. Will not be returning.
I booked a morning appointment so little to no waiting. I barely felt the needle go in and I’m usually pretty squeamish when having blood drawn. I was having a lot of things checked so a lot was taken and I did not react well to having that much taken. The lab technician was really nice, fanned me, got me an ice pack and cold cloths. I sat around for a bit until it passed and she made sure I was okay and that I sat for quite a bit before leaving.
