Incompetent staff, they’ll take your health card and forget to put you in the electronic line system and you’ll wait two hours only to be told that they didn’t put you in and you’ll wait two have to wait another two hours
Terrible service at 5293 Hwy 7 location. They do not honour appointment times. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment and they continued to service the walk-ins that were waiting. I've been to other Life Labs who are efficient and respectful. What's the point of allowing reserved appointments if they are not respected?
I had an 11:00 AM appointment but arrived early at 8:00 AM hoping to be accommodated (I realized I won’t be able to make it at 11am anymore, but it’s also too late to book a new appt). While I was registered promptly, I then waited over 1 hr despite being an appointment holder (time stamp in photo). During this time, multiple walk-in patients were taken before me.
