If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They have had no internet for two days - not able to accept online forms. Booked an appointment in the am bc of my test requirements. Got there and they said “ we can’t do it come back tomorrow”… next day no internet. No test. How do you operate a business without internet and without letting your booked patients know??
Place is neat and all employee are super nice
Wish I could give a 2 part review for the new location at 1670 Dufferin. 5 stars for staff - they were professional , quick and painless. 1 star (that's generous) for location. Dodgy is being nice. Run down property that doesn't exactly scream professional and safe. The washroom (wide open to public access and trust me, it's been well used!) in which I was supposed to provide a sterile urine sample, is almost criminal. No cleanser wipes (which I presumed all labs had), dirty facilities with debris on the floor, NO flat surfa... read more
