Not a good experience here. The employees were very unhelpful, and didn’t explain anything. Plus they wouldn't’ even let me use their sink to fill up my water bottle?!
The owners do not really think about their employees & customers. I came for a blood work appointment at 9am on Saturday morning. Only three employees were there. Girls were trying their best. However, it is not possible to process all paperwork, blood work & tests and manage the crowd at the same time. I could not believe my eyes when I saw a line up outside the lab. Three girls on duty is not enough for Saturday morning. Hire more people! Treat customers & employees with respect!
I don’t know her name but the assistant was very quick, efficient, I didn’t even feel her prick me with the needle. I made an appointment for 5:30, decided to walk in and see if it was quicker, I got seen within 5 minutes of walking in even though the screen said 20 minutes. 10/10 service.
Unmanaged and manner less staff's
Hogan Sadik was helpful and redirected me to get my request form updated so I could do my bloodwork the same day. Taking my blood was done so painlessly that I didn’t even feel the needle. In less than 5 minutes the blood extraction was done and I was out of the lab.
