I showed up for my appointment that I had scheduled online 15 minutes early. My appointment was for 11:30am. I waited in the overflowing waiting room for 45 minutes before getting my blood drawn. Watching the scheduling monitor for when my turn would be I noticed they were attending to walk in patients and patients with scheduled appointments after my appointment time before me. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this LifeLabs location today. I first came in around 1:00 p.m. during my lunch break, but because I had to return to work, I was unable to stay and came back at approximately 3:15 p.m. I had been fasting since 7:00 p.m. the previous evening, meaning I had already gone more than 20 hours without eating. I actually didn't want to give a star because this place is horrible, the staff don't know how to manage time and work efficiently. Today I came here at 8:15am its 9:30 and I am not even in the system yet. All the staff are not the regular ones and the staff here are not sure what they are doing. They have 2 staffs at the front desk and 1 staff doing rhe blood work. And the line is extremely long. In situation like this staff need to work together to make it a better service.
I had a great experience, the lady at the front was kind, and quick. I waited about 15-20 mins, although the wait times kept changing on screen because new patients with appointments were added (I walked in). I was quite nervous about my blood test, however Fuzanna was fantastic, she reassured me that everything would be okay and even used a thin needle to draw a vile of blood.
