Thanks for all the review of warning others and sharing your experience I was going to book online appointment but when I read more than 5 reviews with 1 star Nope !! Thanks I do hope from Health service to look for all the issues in this location.
They are trolling patients and even adjusting the waiting time shown on the screen, making walk-in patients wait longer without making an appointment. People who work insincerely should be fired. Never go there again!
The rudest, most short tempered receptionist. No bedside manners. Will never go at this location again. When I arrived 45 minutes before closing, the south Asian (I’m one too!) receptionist with a sour expression told me “come another day. We’re not taking patients anymore.” I’m like why? I’m writing this review to warn others about the awful experience my mom had at this clinic during a simple blood draw. The woman who assisted her was incredibly rough right from the start. When placing the band around her arm, she pulled it so tightly and carelessly that it immediately caused bruising. It was clearly excessive and completely unprofessional. Booked an appointment there for 12:10 and wasted my one hour as they were not able to find vein and when i told to use butterfly needle the lady told me that is only for kids and poked my arm for no reason and then they told me to go to another location
