Very kind staff, clean environment, in and out in about 15 minutes
This Lifelabs is pretty modern and is always clean. Whenever I get a blood test there, I have no issues. The staff is professional, efficient, and friendly.
Busy place but the nurses are gentle and nice once they warm up to you. They need more staff support because the nurses look like they process their own paperwork prior to drawing blood or doing other tests.
I've never had bad experiences with this LifeLabs location until my last visit. The staff are rude, unorganized (still think you have to call to book appointments), and are unable to help with even basic questions about their booking system. They make you fill out samples yourself because their printer has been broken since the dawn of time. LifeLab's other locations put this one to shame. Never again.
