First and last time I will go here. Blood work shouldn't take sooo long when your told to fast the night before. They call your name to go and sit in the room waiting for your blood work, waiting exactly 15 minutes for technician to do the job. Not organized at all who ever runs this location doesn't know anything. I walk in the estimate is 30 mins. Now this being an "estimate" I waited patiently. At 45 mins my name still had not been entered into the system. An hour and a half later I finally got called in. Your estimates are way off.

I had a blood test on Monday and I had a good experience, staff was kind and it was in the afternoon so it was a fast service without an appointment.

I’ve been to this lab twice. Both times I informed the staff that I have difficult veins and asked them to be careful. During my first visit, they listened and everything went smoothly. However, during my second visit, I was ignored. I clearly showed where the blood should be drawn based on my past experience, but the nurse insisted on trying a different spot, as if she knew better — even though I explained that it usually doesn’t work. This is what my arm looks like after 10 days of drawing blood. And this is after I waited over 1.5 hrs to be seen, when my projected wait time was only 30 minutes. Mismanaged location, overworked staff. Extreme disappointment and waste of my time.
