Great location, quick service, and warm professional attitude towards patients. Would recommend this over other locations. Also wait time in the middle of the day is 15-30 min for walk ins.

I always have a terrible experience when getting my blood drawn. The last time (at a different location) I tried to get my blood drawn, the person poked me 4 times and still couldn’t find my vein. But at the 379 Church St. location, I had a wonderful experience thanks to Sashi!!! She got it on the first try, I was so amazed and kept praising her. It’s very important to me that management knows about her impressive skills. I wish I could ask for her each time moving forward. Sashi was truly the very best!
I had a great experience at the LifeLabs at Markham Stouffville Hospital today. I got here right before they were closing after fasting for many hours, and the gentleman who checked me in was extremely kind, understanding, and professional. He made sure I was able to get my bloodwork done and showed genuine concern about how long I had been fasting. I really appreciated his compassion and excellent customer service.
