Extremely unprofessional
Friendly and skilled technicians, results come out super quick, nice and bright space. Only drawback is no free on-site parking, but you can find street parking further away.
Went there for my gestational diabetes test. All the employees were extremely professional and soft spoken. I have been to so many locations of life labs before for my tests, but people hardly care at other locations . Loved how professionally they were handling all their patients. 5 star rating for their entire process.
I am really pi..ed. I had an appointment for Monday 2 pm and got the confirmation via email. Driving there for 45 minutes just to learn the appointment is not going to happen because of system failure. Why couldn’t you send the cancellation BEFORE the appointment. You made me drive 45 Minutes to get there just to learn that the appointment will not happen. I received a cancellation email at 4 pm. Bad customer service. I will not use this place anymore
