The worst life lab I’ve ever been to. I waited for one hour and 30 mins after having been told the wait would be 45 mins without an appointment. After 1.5 hrs I went up to the receptionist to ask how much longer I would have to be wait, she THEN pointed me to a room to get my bloodwork taken. I then proceeded to wait ANOTHER 40 mins for someone to come. This is unacceptable and I can’t believe after so many bad reviews about this place, management has not done anything about it.
