I had a great experience other than by the rude greeter and checking in otherwise the lab tech made my day with her great laughter and sweetness
I am writing to share my very disappointing experience at LifeLabs. The service I received was extremely unprofessional and irregular. In particular, the head worker named Preeti displayed unacceptable behavior and poor conduct. Her attitude toward patients was disrespectful and unhelpful, and she appeared to act beyond her official role or specialty. I rarely post reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this. I had a very unpleasant experience at this LifeLabs location. The employee named Preethi was extremely rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and made the entire visit uncomfortable. After my experience, I checked other Google reviews, and I was shocked to see that many people have reported similar complaints about Preethi’s behaviour. I had pretty good experience when doing my blood test here. There are two receptionists and they were quite helpful. I book the appointment in advance at 3.50pm and got called in at 3.55pm which is not too bad compared to walk-ins
