I arrived just 5 minutes before closing, and the tech was kind enough to accommodate me. Even more impressive, they waited after closing to ensure my test was completed. Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. We arrived as walk-ins and saw our names listed on the waiting list, only to be suddenly removed without explanation. Others who arrived after us were taken in ahead, despite our earlier arrival. When we inquired, we were told they had come earlier, even though it was clear that their files were being placed above ours. We waited for over 1.5 hours with no resolution. Definitely will not be returning!
We had a very BAD experience with this location for the LAP medical service. The employees not care about my 6 years daughter and they treat her with not professional lap service. The employees DO NOT do their jobs as it should be. My family and I NOT Satisfied with what we got from this LAP.
