I had such a great experience at LifeLabs today. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Julie at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, it really helped calm my nerves. Then Ms. Jane, who drew my blood, was absolutely amazing. I have a very low tolerance for pain, but she did it so gently and painlessly that I could hardly believe it was over. Amazing branch! They do accept walk-ins, and I had my blood work done here. Maria was the one who registered me — she was very polite and helpful. Bina did my blood work, and she was excellent — gentle, professional, and made the experience very comfortable. The waiting time was minimal, and overall, it was a great experience!
The ladies at the front countre were very nice and sweet. However, the male that did my bloodwork was super rude. I asked hom questions and he look annoyed that he would have to answer them and lacked eye contacted while speaking to me. First and last time at this location.
I can’t believe how calm and collected someone can be with that many people to deal with! Maria is always so cheerful and makes you feel completely at ease when getting your blood taken. She’s truly the best and deserves to be recognized for all her hard work and professional service.
