My appointment was 9:20. I was there at 9:15. I finished my bloodwork at 10:20. What is the pot for making an appointment? Very low efficiency.
Myla was courteous at the counter and registering me even though I was late for my appointment. I only waited 5 mins. She was quick and efficient taking the blood samples.

Worst location to visit. Responses are horrible by staff. You rehire new crew.
Rude service unfortunately mynor other peoples review will do not...like I did what u need to donis deal wirh it on the spot like i did...Time estimates to wait way off so get rid of the fancy system....2. When u walk tonthe desk and stand there and someone is there as staff u dont just walk off and saying nothing and disappear for.over ten minutes until another person shows up at.the desk...Kennedy and Finch location...NO MANNERS
