No staff loves working here. Really cynical and blame us for mismatch between their files and the actual circumstances. No basic respect for people.
Super quick and efficient if you go first in the morning!
Honestly had a good experience. I came for a walk-in blood test on a Monday morning. I arrived at 7:30am right when it opened (definitely do this) and I was the second person in line. I was seen at 8am so I did have to wait, but I was ahead of the long line that showed up after me. This place also accepts digital requisitions so you don’t have to print it out. Just email it to them when you get there.
A terrible experience, I arrived in the morning for a walk in blood test, and was told the wait time was 20 minutes. After a while, I noticed that everyone else had already been seen, and got up to ask about my placement and was told to wait. After another set of people had been seen, I got up to ask again and the person at the counter told me I was still in line and proceeded to shame me in front of the room telling everyone else who was also a walk in they need to wait in line.
