Fast service even though the computers where down when I got there
I would normally give this location a 5 BUT Today the person who took my blood admitted she used the largest needle available when I said that it really hurt. I jumped when she jabbed me and said ow! I've NEVER had it hurt to have blood taken! She told me to tell the lab tech not to use a large needle next time!
Very rude staff no punctuality
I have been here a few times, and the staff are always so polite and caring. I don't have to wait long either. Keep up the good work, everyone! We appreciate your care and efficiency!
