- front admin person cut me off in the driveway and she went in a lane that was for traffic going out - she’s here all day but parks closest to the centre - counter staff are pretty grumpy

just want to say a huge thank-you to Loella and everyone at this LifeLab! My veins are really tiny, so getting blood drawn is always difficult and something I’ve been very afraid of. But everyone here is so gentle, skilled, and caring that it completely changed how I feel about it. Today, Loella helped me with my blood test, and she was amazing so kind and patient. Large building snd plenty of Staff. Usually minimal wait times. Sometimes busy in the morning. Better to make an appointment. Lots of windows for viewing. Plenty of handicapped parking in front.
Arrived with no appointment, a sort wait in the lobby, then directed to a cubicle where the team member found my tiny vein, took two vials of blood in short order, no muss no fuss. A very pleasant experience.
