Hi there. Went to LifeLabs on Queen St on Friday March 6th for some lab tests. The team at this location, especially Rosaline, were amazing! My veins were small and it was difficult to extract the blood that day and I ended up getting lightheaded and fainting. The team were so busy but they looked after me so well and were so kind ensuring I was okay. Thank you so much to Rosaline and the LifeLabs team at 55 Queen St E.
I haven’t had any issues with this location. I never wait but I always, always book an appointment. For “drop-ins” you are going to have to wait. Do make an appointment !!! The ladies are nice and so busy and trying to organize all the drop in's and the tests. Make an appointment. It’s much easier for everyone!
Helen was fantastic, personable, quick, and efficient. Who could ask for more?

The staff are pleasant, helpful and also efficient which is appreciated since it's such a busy location.
