Rude and unprofessional staff. Bad working technique. I get that it is a busy work environment but they have zero etiquette and no respect for people’s time.
Horrible service here. The wait times are wrong because they won't update their systems. Online and on their screens it says 20 minutes and they tell you it's 1-2 hours. Some of the most uncourteous people work here. Zero regard for other people's time
