I forgot my requisition form, and the staff were really nice about it and told me they would honour my appointment when I came back with it. When I got back, they got me in for my blood test within 10 minutes. The blood test was really straightforward and quick. No bruising or any pain, and the nurse was very kind. Be aware that the check in line can be long, so you may be at the clinic for an hour or so even if you have an appointment.
Had to wait for 40mins even though I made an appointment. Only one washroom which was not stocked with soap
They either need more staff or better management. Inspite of having an pre-booked appointment you have to line up to checkin with someone at the reception. That line up at times is way too long and recently waited for almost 20 min. The staff even fails to acknowledge or apologize to people for the bad service levels.
I had a good experience overall — the staff were kind and did a great job with the blood draw. My only suggestion would be to have drinking water available in the lab, as I had to step out to get some.
Don't come if you don't have an appointment.
