Good experience, was in and out of having a blood and ECG in just 15 minutes. Courteous staff at this location. Didn't feel too much pain when nurse was drawing my blood as well as after.
The Filipino receptionist was screaming at this old man who was struggling to hear/understand her and instead of being patient and repeating what she said, she screamed it at him and then yelled at him to sit down... the guy is super confused and got kicked out of line because she's just impatient and disrespectful. This is my 3rd time at this Lifelabs and it is always the same receptionist who is rude to patients and yelling at them. The other receptionist is nice. 5 Stars – Exceptional Service by Hazel. I had a great experience at LifeLabs thanks to Hazel! Even without an appointment, she made sure I was seen quickly so I could get to work on time. Hazel was kind, gentle, and efficient—with a warm personality that made the visit surprisingly pleasant. LifeLabs is lucky to have her!
Staff were very pleasant. We did not have an appointment and were in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Terrible. I have small veins they say. Learn to do your job. What a joke of a place.
