I had a very good experience today. Hazel was extremely professional and gentle, I barely felt the needle. The wait time was a bit long, but overall everything went very well.
Nov 19 2025 Went to get blood work at 2.00pm, website and notice on door says closing at 3.30 pm, however the location was closed. Cleaner outside building said they close at 12.30 pm on Wednesday. Is this a one time thing of every Wednesday? It would be nice if they update their hours of operation and let people know! Staff are rude. Wait time is 2 to 3 hours for walk in.
I used to go to other labs that were really busy and had slow service, but then I came here several times for blood tests. Every time I didn't have an appointment and I didn't have to wait at all, and the employees are very friendly and do their job perfectly
