I am presently on a monthly blood test, and on today's visit I was dealing with Mariam. She was very friendly and professional, talked me through the process of extracting a sample using the hand (my elbow wasn't bringing up the vein in either arm). The only issue I have with this location is the wait time it takes to register at the front desk. It seems to move at a snails pace. Surely there could be a quicker way of doing the necessary pre-screening work. If you have a scheduled appointment, why not have something similar ... read more

I had Micah as my phlebotomist today. She was very welcoming and put me at ease immediately. I have a needle phobia and when I told her this, she immediately asked me how I was feeling before the blood was withdrawn. She told me to inhale during the jab and this helped. The entire experience was positive.

Never felt compelled to rate a Lifelabs before, but seeing all the negative reviews, felt it did not reflect the staff nor expectations. I was a walk in and the entire experience took 1.5 hours, as expected for someone without an appointment. All appointments were prioritize and conducted on time, and all walk ins were clearly communicated. Once registered and seated, the wait was less than 10 mins and the blood work done quick and painless. There is also free street parking beside the building a short walk away
