I recently had my blood drawn and I cannot speak highly enough of the phlebotomist, Marjan, who performed the procedure. The technician was pleasant, and efficient with the blood draw. However, LifeLabs needs to do a better job at staffing. Having just one person to handle everything from registration to testing leads to delays and longer than necessary waits.
My family always has a great experience at this location. Brenda is so kind and skilled at what she does. She made the whole process so comfortable and I really appreciated how gentle she was :)
