Terrible customer service. We arrived at 3:00 PM, an hour before their 4:00 PM closing time, but the blonde receptionist refused to help us. They even charged us for parking when we were there for less than three minutes. To make matters worse, she was extremely rude about our English and told us to bring a translator. Unacceptable behavior, especially in Canada.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Standing in line with them making zero wye contact with you. Long lines and Delays, you book an appointment and still wait an u readable amount of time. This is everything that is wrong with this Canadian medical system. We need better labs in this country!

Lucy was amazing during my visit this morning. I've had Lucy take my blood etc before and she always does an amazing job. Highly recommend her! Thanks Lucy.
