One star is being generous. My experience with LifeKind Health was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. First off starting john the manager dose nothing in my opinion. I've noticed my self with my own eyes a lady complaining at one point he stuck his head and went back in his office closed his door. When this office was Savas Health, the experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was horrible, wait times regularly stretched over an hour, the waiting areas and bathrooms were dirty, and staff—especially at the front desk—often acted unprofessionally. At one point, I even had to wait three weeks for medication because the single person handling authorizations for all High Desert offices was out sick. Well I don't really care for this place. I'm a cancer patient and they will not send my prior to my insurance company. It's been 10 days of the worst pain since I was in the hospital after my surgery. They don't want to help me with a quick push of a button to send it to my insurance company So I highly don't recommend anyone going there. THEWORSTPAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
