I have been going here since it was Savas Health Center and l think that I will be looking for another pain management specialist. This clinic is beyond making my anxiety go through the roof. They do not answer the phone, they never get back to you, and on my last appointment it has now taken me three weeks to get my perscriptions which I absolutely cannot go without!!! I have to say that I feel that the staff does they're best of caring for me and I dont have one complaint
This pain management practice is beyond heinous. It is unprofessional, ineffective, disorganized, and contradictory. It is extremely difficult to contact a staff member, often times the voicemail will be full, and when able to leave a voicemail no one responds even after days and days or never at all. This clinic only has one medical provider who can prescribe medications and she is rigid and struggles to understand very basic concepts and statements. This place sucks! It was Savas but ever since I couldn’t get an appointment for 8 months you can’t get ahold of anyone. No help. Employees change constantly!!! Unprofessional you’ll be there for four hours sitting in pain cause it hurts to sit that long!! They’re horrible.
