Sure, the staff is friendly and nice...until you have a problem or a question about your insurance and co-pay. That's when they change. I was shocked at how I was treated after being a returning patient and seeing them for nearly a year and also being disabled with Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, trust me when I tell you to steer clear of LifeForce Chiropractic. They would not return my calls when I left voice messages or reply to my emails.
