Got referred to Dr Ruphus Rajakumar for a mole removal and left my appointment with the mole still and in tears. After stating what the appointment was for (mole removal) he asked if skin cancer ran in the family and I said it does. I have had nothing but positive experiences here except for the fact that on the phone one receptionist in particular is rude and disrespectful. When trying to book an appointment, she could not speak clearly of what was available and got mad that I missed my last appointment (which was never made because my doctor was out of the Country!). She then proceeded to lecture me in a demeaning tone how it was my fault and rambling random things.
