Over the last few months I’ve been working with Doctor Josh on shoulder mobility and how to keep my shoulders healthy throughout swim season, and throughout our sessions I’ve seen tremendous improvement in maintaining health and overall mobility. The amount of growth and improvement I’ve seen over the last few months is something I didn’t think about before working with doctor josh. Him and the lifetime team are the absolute best and I would absolutely recommend him and the team for any of your needs!
I came in wanting to improv flexibility, mobility and strength to benefit my aerial silks practice. Dr. Evan was incredibly knowledgable, breaking down ideas so they were easy to understand, and listened to and addressed my every concern! Would highly recommend to anyone with aches, pains or performance goals.
Dr. Josh is the man! Learned more from him than anyone else I’ve seen in the past and actually saw improvement. Fixed some of my big issues that I didn’t even know I had.
Josh has a wealth of knowledge about the human body and everything that it needs to be as healthy as I can be. Having come from personal training and the dynamic stretching sessions, I can confidently say that I’ve learned an immense amount of additional exercises and best practices when lifting to help me make sure that I stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
