Dr. Josh is very thorough and very knowledgeable and he diagnosed and addressed all the issues I was having with my shoulders. I was in a lot of pain and had some movement limitations. He created a program for me and tracked my progress. He also gave me exercises to do in between our sessions and demonstrated them for me and checked my form to ensure I was getting the full benefit. At the end of my program I had full range of motion and was pain-free. I highly recommend Dr. Josh.
I can't recommend Dr. Joshua Knicker highly enough. From my very first visit, he took the time to thoroughly evaluate my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. Dr. Josh Knicker is the best. He has had me on a program for 3 months. Best investment. I move all day at work up and down stairs and lifting heavy things. Mobility had gotten so bad. Now at the end of our 3 month the numb feeling in my lower back is gone I can feel a difference and it has everything to do with Dr. Josh. I have the tools to stay strong after our 3 month treatment. My experience at the lifeclinic has been amazing, Jessica at the desk is great to work with and the doctors are very knowledgeable.
Evan was wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. I came in with a shoulder issue that I'd had for over 6 months and within 2 months with him I was able to get back into yoga and start training overhead movements again without any issues. In addition he was able to diagnose and treat a foot pad issue that I didn't even realize was the reason I had balance/strength issues when doing pressing movements with legs.
