Dr. Knicker was a huge help for me. I am a Pilot and Student, so I naturally spend a majority of my day sitting. He was able to assess the root causes of my complaints, and found ways to address the issue. These were exercises I had never seen or heard of before, and I don’t think I would’ve found the answers just by going on YouTube.
