Dr Justin is absolutely the best! I have not had this much success with pain/nerve relief in 15 years. I have had neck/shoulder pain with my arms going to sleep and he has given me relief. He has a great mix of adjustments with strengthening exercises and release exercises. He also stretches my neck before adjustments. I can not say enough great things about him!
My past experiences w chiropractors hasn’t been all positive so I’ve been living w neck pain that has gotten progressively worse. I met Justin @ Lifetime and after telling him about my neck I decided to try him. He promised he wouldn’t crack my neck or back either. So after seeing him 2 x week with him manipulating my neck and doing the exercises he taught me my neck pain and spasms are almost gone. I’m not constantly aware of my pain 24/7. It’s unbelievable!! Justin is the BEST! Thanks so much Justin for everything
Justin is a wonderful and knowledgeable chiropractor. I went from not being able to tie my shoe, from low back pain, to signing up for a half marathon in 7 weeks. Extremely personalized rehabilitation routine. I highly recommend Justin. Stick to his plan!

Dr. Justin is fantastic- he not only does chiropractic adjustment but exercises and soft tissue adjustment to help with long term wellness and results. I had my second child recently and working with Dr. Justin has been so helpful for my overall postpartum recovery and health. I recommend him often to massage clients and appreciate all he does!
