After 4 months of wrist and back pain ali finally scheduled a chiro visit. LifeClinic was most convenient and gave it a shot. One visit with spine and wrist adjustments and soft tissue manipulation and I feel 90% better. Ive seen chiros before, but I'm honestly surprised how much better I feel already. Will keep stretching and will be back to complete my suggested program. Great outcome so far.
