Dr. Hayden is great. He worked with me on pain relief and building strength. In sessions always tuned in all attention on the details so that he could best troubleshoot. Assigned homework that pays off. Taught me new exercises to my workout and tweaked my lifting form. Highly recommend working with him. Can't beat the convenience in Life Time.

Dr. Ramos has helped me tremendously with SI joint pain over the last several weeks. She’s incredibly knowledgable and provided me with long term relief through both her clinical skills and ability to educate. Came in with some QL pain, left with it being the strongest part of my body. Dr. Stephanie worked very closely with me to create a very structured plan that would not only get me through the pain, but actually strengthen that muscle and the surrounding ones that had to overcompensate for this lingering injury I’ve been working through for many years.
