What a horrible experience, a most unprofessional company. My wife had scheduled an infusion. Her Neurologist decided to cancel the infusion due to my wife being sick and having a heart procedure later in the week. The nurse showed up anyway. And when we refused service she became incensed, and left in a huff. We called today to reschedule. And Julie answered the phone. We asked to reschedule she put us on hold. Love this pharmacy , the staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with ! They do there job very well ! Andrew is very knowledgeable and very respectful to me each and every time I get my scripts ! Absolutely the BEST ever....I never have to worry about my grandson's meds...they are filled and delivered well in advance of the refill deadline. Andrew is marvellous, he always asks if he sees anything unusual and takes care of evderything. I simply can't say enough good about this specialty pharmacy!
