worst customer service i ever seen, i called and asked for help for their product (oxygen portable one)that give us error, instead of help us just keep asking whats your date of birth or whats your first name and last name ,after i give them all info she said i dont know anything about that machine!!!!!
2pm Wednesday every door locked and no one around. Every door has a sheet with an arrow that points to the next door until you are at the car shop next door. A sure way to tell you to go away.
I actually like LifeCare solutions for Cpap supplies. even though it took extra time to order the items. I did spend time waiting in the waiting room and the girl at the desk mostly just redirected calls. I always got the items I needed and they did show me how to use extra features in my autopap. They don't call you when it is time to replace items so you have to note it on the calendar and call. They are not the best but certainly on the worst either.
I called trying to find out if they carried Inogen or a similar product. The girl immediately asked for my insurance. I refused to give it to her until I knew whether they had the product or not. She didn't know what it was. CRAZY! They are one of the top oxygen concentrators and they don't know who they are. What was she going to do with my insurance information? NEVER calling these idiots again
Internal Communication problem with this company. Ive been using them for my fathers Oxygen needs since 2010 ( they had a different name ) and everytime I need something delivered, it's always a problem. Thats why I started picking it up from their office up until recently because their office shuts down and moved far away from me. Delivery is never on time and I dont think the delivery guys are the issue, I think whoever is putting the order in their system is not doing their job properly.
