I underwent the bracing protocol following an ACL injury. I see Taidgh regularly, and he is highly knowledgeable, supportive, and very capable in his field. While no injury recovery is ever completely smooth, I've felt I'm in safe hands with both Taidgh and Jane Rooney throughout the program. I would highly recommend anyone with an ACL injury to consider the bracing protocol here.
Taidgh has helped me heaps through my ACL recovery both pre and post op helping me keep on track with my recovery. Absolute legend !!
I have been seeing David Cheng for a number of years, initially with a torn tendon, which is completely normal now. David’s treatments were so beneficial & he then started me on Pilates with him. He is very skilled in knowing what exercises I need , different on a weekly basis depending on what I require. Highly recommend both David & Lifecare Prahran!!
