The pick up time was 8 pm to take my dad to ER, but they called 7:50 pm letting us know that the earlier that they can come is 9:30 pm but no guarantee. Never use this company. They are not reliable at all. I wish I can give them zero star…

We worked on organizing a medical appointment for over two months. We booked Lifecare Medical Transport days earlier. On our appointment date, we waited and waited for the transport. They did not show up. When we called them, they said they had decided to cancel the appointment that morning (!). They even did not have the courtesy to call us and let us know. Terrible firm.

My father is being moved from Virginia hospital center to Dulles health and rehab. It was scheduled for 7pm. Then they said 730pm. Now it is midnight. Let's see when they really will show up. Kaiser needs to stop using them. UPDATE: 2AM and have not arrived. THE VERY WORST

This is one of the worst organization in the world with regards to medical transportation. I have no idea why any of the local hospitals do business with this organization. These people will not commit to ETA at all if they did add additional five hours there’s a possibility they may show up. I think you’ll be able to source better medical transportation in a Third World then here in the northern Virginia. We have been waiting now for close to six hours to transport a patient from the hospital to home.
