Pittiful care employee's -- the cleaning people are the only people that seemed to give a hoot. All the professionals, .Doctor's, nurses, aides were some of the worst professional care givers I ever had. The person on the phone who tries to get your business will tell you whatever they think you want to hear. All a big sham to hook you into believing that the place is for you. They outright lie and/or mislead you for your business. If I had a choice it would be last.
Care here was exceptional. The aids were the BEST!! thank you for everything!!!
