I have been trying to navigate new insurance and select a PCP for 3 days. Heidi answered the phone, found a doctor in my network, scheduled me in 3 working days for a follow-up from my recent ER visit. FAST and efficient. I couldn't be happier. Conveniently located in Massillon. Very satisfied. I will also be using the dental, vision, and other health services at this location. Fast, friendly.
They have a very helpful and informative staff.
