I needed to establish a PCP and they were located near my house. They are extremely hard to get ahold of to schedule a new patient appointment. Took them several weeks to get back to me and it took 2 months to be seen. I wasn't too concerned due to me not needing any type of immediate attention. I do like that they offer a bunch of different medical services like behavioral and women's health. I am terrified of the dentist. I needed a tooth extracted and I went to Dr. Mun at Lifecare. I never felt a thing, not even the novicain shot. He was amazing. Everybody that works there is very friendly and acts like they enjoy there jobs. I am so glad I found this place.
Literally impossible to schedule an appointment with a new patient. You can't reach an actual human on the other end and are forced to leave a message and nobody ever gets back to you. Terrible system.
I'm so done with this place and the incompetence..My doctor is gone for a week and I can't get any refills until SHE comes back? No Doc to take her place for emergencies? Nobody calls you back or really gives 2 cents about how you feel..So done, I have to go over a week without important meds that can't be just cut off..Stay clear, For real..Dr.Cola is your best bet if going there, He's super nice and helped me
