I’ve been a patient at LifeCare Dental (City Station) for some time now, and I’m very happy with the care and service provided. Dr Michelle Dunne is an excellent dentist — both I and my children have seen her, and we’ve always had a very positive experience. I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. I called to confirm if my appointment had been updated, and the woman who answered was extremely unfriendly and impatient. She kept saying “bye for now” and hung up on me before I could finish speaking. When I called back and calmly asked if she could be a little more patient, she immediately put me on hold and then hung up again. Wrong location and they haven’t updated it for a year!!! But otherwise great dentist.
Got my appointment cancelled today. My EMERGENCY appointment was at 450pm and I booked that at 1240pm. Saw few missed calls at 3:26 and 3:52 from them after my work. I called back at 3:55 and the receptionist said that we called you several times but you didn’t answer so they cancelled my EMERGENCY appointment. If you needed to confirm with me why you just called at 3:26 and 3:52 instead of called me straight away after I booked the appointment.
