Got my appointment cancelled today. My EMERGENCY appointment was at 450pm and I booked that at 1240pm. Saw few missed calls at 3:26 and 3:52 from them after my work. I called back at 3:55 and the receptionist said that we called you several times but you didn’t answer so they cancelled my EMERGENCY appointment. Very nice dentist, she is professional and her job on my tooth was amazing
Very rude receptionist. Me and my family have been a patient here for a long time, I came in today as I have bad toothache and got asked to complete a new patient form. I was surprised and asked ‘ do I need to complete this form because I have been here before ‘. The receptionist who sat in the corner started rolling her eyes at me and said EVERYONE HAS TO COMPLETE IT, DO YOU WANT A PAPPER FORM??? I am honestly really happy about the service. Had to pull out 3 teeth (plus general cleanings) and didn’t have any issue. They can look in a rush but I think it is more like the get the job done without wasting time nor my money. Cheaper than other “private” dentists and, when I had to do an emergency extraction, they saw me the day after I called, while other dentist could not give me an appointment before 2 weeks time!!!!
