Worst dentist there. Avoid this clinic if you need good medical treatment!
The location needs some renovation and TLC - dark narrow reception and surfaces covered in handprints and an old desk near the entrance for no reason - my teeth clean took 1 hour and was advised in the reception by the dentist that I needed X-ray first with no other information - me and the dental nurse then walk over to the other city location as the train station location doesn’t have a machine - walk back to the 1st location and have my cleaning and there is dust visibly flying around the office while I had my mouth held ... read more
I’ve been a patient at LifeCare Dental (City Station) for some time now, and I’m very happy with the care and service provided. Dr Michelle Dunne is an excellent dentist — both I and my children have seen her, and we’ve always had a very positive experience. I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. I called to confirm if my appointment had been updated, and the woman who answered was extremely unfriendly and impatient. She kept saying “bye for now” and hung up on me before I could finish speaking. When I called back and calmly asked if she could be a little more patient, she immediately put me on hold and then hung up again.
