Horrible experience with Leland area staff. Concerns are ignored, so are phone calls. No one will take a complaint, issues were NOT addressed. My loved one DESERVED better!! Unprofessional head nurse! Nothing but disappointment! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!
