Incompetent, unfriendly, and sure they lied bout letting a passenger ride along or polieces changed, but with no explanation.

They agreed to payments, I sent more than the agreed payment, I'm new to Battlecreek so I had to wait on their billing, it was late in April, as soon as I received the monthly statement I paid it, they turned me into the Credit Bureau, they said I missed the 30 day window, they didn't even have record of my cleared payment!!!! I received a reimbursement check from another company and paid Lifecare off today!!!!!! I am 81 years old and have never been turned into a Credit Bureau!!!!! I've had to call them twice in the last 2 months for my mother with mixed results. The first time, 2 months ago, was perfect. They immediately took her vitals, were kind and respectful and attentive during her transit to Bronson Hospital. They provided additional medical care in transit. She was then admitted and impatient 3 days with a serious condition. Last week, unfortunately was a total reversal. They did not take her symptoms seriously. We have used Life care service three times recently, two of which were assistance calls. The EMT's have been very professional and efficient. Having a background in emergency assistance, I can say they are very well trained and personable. Our experiences with LifeCare Ambulance have been very good.
