Very disappointed with their service, when my mom should have been taken to the emergency room, she has Parkinson’s- dementia and her legs gave out and she fell. Anything could have been broken. I have POA and they never asked me what I thought and they made me unhappy. She didn’t even know if she hit her head. They all three acted like we were wasting their time.
Jackson, Josh, Zack, and Max have all treated me with extreme compassion and professionalism while treating me. Good group of guys out of Coldwater

Incompetent, unfriendly, and sure they lied bout letting a passenger ride along or polieces changed, but with no explanation.
They agreed to payments, I sent more than the agreed payment, I'm new to Battlecreek so I had to wait on their billing, it was late in April, as soon as I received the monthly statement I paid it, they turned me into the Credit Bureau, they said I missed the 30 day window, they didn't even have record of my cleared payment!!!! I received a reimbursement check from another company and paid Lifecare off today!!!!!! I am 81 years old and have never been turned into a Credit Bureau!!!!!
