This service is an absolute JOKE!!! My grandmother has had a system at her house installed for years. The unit that phone's out in an emergency somehow went bad, and was tieing up the phone. They were aware that it was broken, and took nearly three months to fix it. What kind of monitoring system for elderly people makes them pay for months of service when its not even working.
