We had a great therapist. She left for a new job. It happens. Trying to get a new appointment was met with rude call center staff and indifference. We finally got into a new therapist after several months. There were all kinds of issues with the scheduling software. I had to speak to a scheduling manager to get them sorted out. Nicole Bergman is incredible. She has dedicated her life to helping adults, kids, and animals. Nicole is always lifting up children and people around her and making a safe environment for taking care of anyone she needs to. I have known Nicole a very long time and her character speaks volumes. There is no one I would trust more in this environment. 1000/10

Her approach is very thoughtful, compassionate, and will never make you feel judged. It’s clear she truly cares about her clients’ growth and well-being. If you’re looking for a therapist who is both deeply compassionate and highly skilled, Madison is an amazing choice.
