Lifebulb is a nightmare for billing and scheduling. I don't recommend this company to anyone. It's clear the customers are nothing but a dollar sign to the company.

Very unprofessional company and staff. My boyfriend and I scheduled a therapy session as new patients, the therapist never showed up and we were billed for services that were never rendered. They did not have any way to contact the therapist that they booked us with, which is absurd. When I called to ask for a refund, the receptionist told me billing was closed, to call back tomorrow, and hung up on me after I asked her to leave a note in his chart for billing. Do not go with this practice. If you are not making progress they give up on you and "reschedule" your appointments so it's a missed visit
