Alicia Zarzuela is a very personable, astute and meticulous person. She listens intently and allows me to sort and identify my issues that l wanted help and guidance with. Through her guidance, l overcame my doubt, fear laced with anxiety. In my case, within 4 months of sessions...doubt and fear was replaced with being comfortable, confident and sure with my decision making. I am very pleased and highly recommend her for one on one therapy. Highly skilled.
I had an initial consultation with them at the beginning of January where they recommended some testing. I was told the test would take about 3 weeks to get the results, and they'd contact me when the results were available. I heard nothing. I reached out after 6 weeks, and got an automated response that someone would be contact me shortly. I have still heard nothing from them. I cannot recommend Haley Engelman enough. She is wonderful to work with and made the process of virtual therapy way less intimidating. She is always flexible with scheduling and makes sure we are doing what’s best for my child. Her communication is great and I always feel in the loop with that’s going on. My daughter loves her and feels safe and comfortable with her. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for child or family support
