Don’t choose the therapist Daphne Allen if you actually want help. She has to have the last word and she pushes for answers to questions that you aren’t ready to answer. She is a bully and shouldn’t be in healthcare. Glad I stood up to her and I forced her to finish my last session when she tried to end it early and make off with the insurance money.
I cannot recommend Haley Engelman enough. She is wonderful to work with and made the process of virtual therapy way less intimidating. She is always flexible with scheduling and makes sure we are doing what’s best for my child. Her communication is great and I always feel in the loop with that’s going on. My daughter loves her and feels safe and comfortable with her. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for child or family support

Went on line and scheduled an in person appointment. Then I got a phone call telling me that the online appointment scheduler is only for existing clients (so why is a new patient even allowed in there?!?!), that the clinician I scheduled the appointment with is not accepting new patients (yet the website allowed me to choose her?!?!?), and that there are no other clinicians available at the Alexandria location to schedule with, so that Lifebulb cannot do anything for me.
