Horribly incompetent location. Had to wait forever, the tech kept losing my script and papers and they somehow messed up my vials of blood since they were "unable to perform the necessary tests due to insufficient sample" after taking 2 vials of blood for routine bloodwork. Serious mistakes. STAY FAR AWAY!
If I could give 0 stars I would have given a negative rating. First impressions are very important, when I walked in there was no one there to accept my sign in. The other patients advised no one had acknowledged them for the past 30 minutes. When the older lady finally appeared and I asked what was the estimated wait time she rudelystated “Don’t you see all these other people, I don’t know”. Very slow. Be prepared to wait a solid 30 minutes for your turn! I’ve been here more than once. Terrible.
