The facility was not transparent with the fact they used all the physical therapy sessions that my insurance covers in a year. Not to mention they were using the wrong protocol for my recovery. They told me I couldn’t drive or run for months when my surgeon had cleared me to do so. I’m now out of sessions for the rest of the year and it’s only April and I’m unable to pivot, run or jump.
