Horrible there is a black female that works the walk in desk and she is very rude with zero people skills. I’ve been there 3 times and all 3 times she is beyond rude.
Do not go there! Terrible service and experience. Lost electronic records, didn’t know that was possible. The service folks didn’t know how to make appointments. Then they told me they had no hand specialist, problem was I was there for my back and hip…..! Be warned, the front staff has no clue what they are doing

Give them two stars but only because has bad experience for long waiting for walk-in service. I was told by others to go there because they have almost no waiting time in comparison to such Urgent care facility as PatientFirst or similar in the area. Reviews from people also was good. But in reality.... I took my wide there just for X-ray and may be short consultation as she twisted her leg, to make sure that healing going right way for her. We walked-in, signed all their papers, ask them how long it takes to see the Doctor.... read more
