Dr.Bennett and his entire support team are nothing short of amazing! In October of 2024 I had been diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. A friend recommended Dr. Bennett. I had done a fair amount of research on my condition and was very interested in a surgical procedure that would include blood platelet therapy as apart of the procedure. I used their walk-in clinic after a weekend knee injury and it was a godsend. I was SO pleased with the care I received. It would hav e taken me days (or week+) to get in somewhere and be seen.
Went there as soon as they opened and had a great experience. The young woman at the front desk was pleasant and professional. All staff, including the physician, were friendly and attentive. Got in at 8 AM and was out the door by 8:50 AM. My visit included x-rays, doctor' exam, and scheduling a follow up appointment, all under 1 hour!
Horrible there is a black female that works the walk in desk and she is very rude with zero people skills. I’ve been there 3 times and all 3 times she is beyond rude.
Do not go there! Terrible service and experience. Lost electronic records, didn’t know that was possible. The service folks didn’t know how to make appointments. Then they told me they had no hand specialist, problem was I was there for my back and hip…..! Be warned, the front staff has no clue what they are doing
