Been going for years now, shes great and I really haven't had any problems. Usually get in within 2 weeks during the busy times. The doc really listens and the staff is great!
That receptionist is rude, disrespectful and should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! My daughter scheduled an appointment to be seen for the first time. As soon as she walked in she was greeted by him rolling his eyes and asking if she was in the right place. After she confirmed she had a scheduled appointment but when he called to confirm he called her Mr instead of Miss. Dr. Saikali has alway been patient, understanding, and I feel like she actually listens when I tell her what's wrong. The phlabotimist always does a great job! Getting through to an actual person in the office has been much better too, since they got a new receptionist.
The two retards at the front desk do absolutely nothing they watch as the phone rings and don’t pick up you can never get ahold of them. I don’t even want to give them a star
